 Jonathon Porritt will be chairing the week alongside a great list of eminent speakers. Visit the website to see updated news items, festival programme and the latest speaker line-up. Below is a snippet of what you can expect to see:

  • • A series of high profile inspirational talks/lectures by globally famous speakers;
  • • A host of ‘ideas sessions’ across the week, run through the Festival of Ideas, Bristol Green Talks, TEDx, etc;  
  • • A cultural programme with the main theatre, art galleries and cinema all running environmental programmes.
  • • Two weekends of great family events, including the Festival of Nature – Europe’s largest free natural history festival.
  • • Some ‘seeing is believing’ and participation elements, visiting the inspiring green projects in and around Bristol.
  • • An engaging series of events for leading businesses, with national and international profile speakers, run through IMS, LCSW, LEP, etc.
  • • A job’s fair for green, environmental and related jobs
  • • A fringe, with around 50 smaller seminars, events, think-ins etc organised independently.
  • • Street art, exhibitions, green technology displays and redesigned public spaces on the route around the main venues.
